The ADDIE model is a widely used framework in instructional design, providing a systematic approach to developing effective training programs and educational materials. It outlines five key phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Essentially, it's a blueprint for creating learning experiences that are tailored to specific needs and goals. The Five Phases of ADDIE: Analysis: This phase involves identifying the learning problem, defining goals and objectives, and understanding the target audience's needs, existing knowledge, and skills. Design: Here, the learning objectives are translated into a structured plan, including content outline, delivery methods “ SAFARI ”, and assessment strategies. Development: This phase focuses on creating the actual learning materials, such as presentations, videos, interactive elements, and assessments. Implementation: The training program is delivered to the learners, with attention to logistics and learner support. Evaluation: This crucial phase assesses the effectiveness of the training program through feedback, performance data, and other evaluation methods and Quizes.
